Aukció lebonyolítása / Arrangement of an eAuction

A Résztvev az aukcióra történt meghívás adataival (usernév, jelszó) a nyelv kiválasztása után belép a
rendszerbe / Having been invited to an e-auction the Participant enters the system after choose of the
relevant language using the given user name and password.

A „Bejelentkezés” –re kattintva megjelenik a kezd képerny nézet / Clicking on the button
„Bejelentkezés” or “Enter” the basic trading desk view appears.

Ha aukcióra kapott meghívást, az „Auction engine”-re kattintva, azon belül – az aukció megkezdése el tti
id ben – a „Jöv beni„ alkönyvtárban megtalálja az Önt érint aukció nevét.
Should you have been invited to an auction click on the button “Auction engine” and (before the start
time) you find the name of the auction in the “Future” box.




Erre kattintva megtekintheti a jövend aukció részleteit, majd a „Részvétel visszaigazolása” vagy a
„Részvétel elutasítása” gombbal jelezheti részvételi szándékát a Szervez felé, aki err l e-mail értesítést
kap
Clicking on the name you can see the content of the auction ; using the buttons “Confirm” or “Reject” you
can inform the initiator about your decision whereupon the initiator receives an e-mail message from the
system.

Az id közben megkezd dött aukció immár a „Folyamatban lév ” ablakban jelenik meg, ebbe belépve
lehet az els licitet megtenni.
Meanwhile the auction has been started therefore it appears in the window “In progress” here you can
make your bids

Amennyiben az “Árverés típusa” mez ben (ld. az el z ábrát) “Csökken ajánlatokkal” szerepel, úgy a
Résztvev az alábbi nézetet látja és a versenyben maradáshoz a mindenkori legjobb ajánlatnál kell
alacsonyabbat adni és a csökkentmény értékét kell ajánlatként megadni (tehát pl., ha az el z , 18.000
HUF érték ajánlat helyett 17.000 érték t akarunk adni, az ajánlat mez be 1.000 kerül)
If in the field “Auction type” (see the previous screenshot) there is the information “with decreasing bids”
the Participant has to give an offer lower than the lowest bid of the auction before to remain in
competition and the bid has to be the value of the decrement (e.g. you want to decrease the previous
bid of HUF 18.000 to HUF 17.000, you have to place the value of 1.000 into the head of bid)

Amennyiben az “Árverés típusa” mez ben “Nyílt ajánlatokkal” szerepel, úgy a Résztvev az alábbi nézetet
látja és a versenyben maradáshoz csak a saját legjobb ajánlatánál kell alacsonyabbat adni (ebben az
esetben, ha a 18.000 Ft helyett 17.000 Ft a kívánt új ajánlat, ezt az értéket kell a rovatban szerepeltetni)
If there is an the information in the field “Auction type” is “with open bids” the Participant has to give an
offer lower than only he’s/she’s own lowest bid to remain in competition (in this case if you want to
place a bid of the value HUF 17.000 instead of 18.000, you have to write this value into the head of bid)




A továbbiakban a “Csökken ajánlatokkal” esetet tárgyalja az anyag, a két módozat közötti
különbségekkel kapcsolatban a képerny eligazítja az ajánlattev t
Further only the case “With decreasing bids” will be followed, the Participant will be directed by the
screen concerning the differencies between the two types.
