Re: Business Referral Reward Program
As a reminder to all team members, please find the procedures for the cash reward for the business
referral program (as listed in the White Oaks Team Member Handbook):
1. Team Member must be employed at White Oaks at the time of booking. Should the Team
Member leave the employ of White Oaks in good standing prior to the event, they will still
qualify for the reward.
2. Team Member must submit request for referral program, in writing, to the Sales Manager
assigned to the account, prior to the creation of the proposal. Existing proposals are not
eligible for consideration.
3. Team Member must provide adequate proof of referral to the Sales Manager prior to the
creation the proposal.
4. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Vice President of Finance, in advance of
the event, must then approve all requests. A signed copy of the approval will remain on file
until the event date has passed.
5. Team Member receiving discounted pricing on a function are not eligible for the referral reward
6. No other discounts will apply to event if Team Member has submitted request for business
7. Sales Manger will confirm bonus value upon completion of event.
8. Bonus will be paid out upon verification of payment received by Accounts Receivable
