RE:
Effective September 1, 2005 any N.D.T. testing performed on your amusement devices for any reason, such as manufacturer’s bulletins, repairs, etc. shall comply with the following: The N.D.T. company that performs your test must send to this Raleigh office; (1) a copy of the test results, (2) the N.D.T. company’s written practice, and (3) a copy of the written procedures for each method used. If any further information is needed, please contact our office at 919-807-2770.
