                         “Charms” Online Database for the Prosper Eagle Band
The Prosper Eagle Band uses an online database tool called Charms Music Office Assistant. This database will allow parents and
students to:

        Update contact information
        View upcoming events
        View individual student attendance for band functions
        Make note of any fees owed
        Print/view handouts from class
        E-mail the band directors


Each band student will need to login to www.charmsmusic.com and confirm that the contact information for the
student and the parent is correct.

Please take the following steps:

        Go to www.charmsmusic.com
        Find the “Parent/Student Login” block on the left-hand side
        Use “ProsperHSBand” as your login
        Use your student ID number to login to your own individual information
        Change your password to a password that YOU CAN REMEMBER!!!!!
        Click the “Student Info” icon and verify/correct all contact information:
            o Name
            o Address (especially zip code and apartment # (if necessary)
            o Phone
            o Student e-mail
            o Parent Info:
                       Name
                       Phone (home, work, cell)
                       Address
                       E-mail
        Click on the    icon just to the right of your name input your current class schedule (include teacher names)
        If you were using Charms at Prosper MS last year, you should be able to use the same password to access
        your student’s account.
        Please notify Amy McSweeney or Gil Flores if you have issues logging into the system.

Any student without computer access at home should make plans to use a computer at school or the public library.
