Allows you to search for a specific author. Click on the icon, then type in the author's last name and first and middle initials, if known. Allows you to search for a specific word or phrase in the title of an article. Click on the icon, then type in your word or phrase. Allows you to search for references in a specific journal. Click on the icon, then type in the full name of the journal. Allows you to search for a word in a specific field, such as the institution of the first author. Click on the icon, then type in your word and select a field from the list. Provides access to alphabetical lists of Medical Subject Headings, Permuted Medical Subject Headings, and Tree Structure. Allows you to combine two or more sets together. Click on the icon, then select the sets to combine and then select either "and" or "or". Allows you to select any set to limit. Allows you to use additional limits not listed on the Main Search Page, such as Publication Types and Age Groups. Click on the icon, then select the set to limit, and the limits. Allows you to change the search options. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE BASIC MODE. Allows you to change databases. You will have the option to rerun your strategy in another database.
