                                                      May 8, 2010
Come spring Karen will be teaching a class in treenware for us. This may be a spoon, spatula, serving or
butterknife, etc. It is carved from different green woods, most of which have an interesting grain. If you will be
pruning some fruity trees or lilacs this spring consider saving some branches especiall sections where there is a
crotch. Cut them to rouglhy the length you will need and FREEZE THEM. This will keep the wood ready to use.
