The patient is a 63-year-old woman who originally presented 10 years before her present admission (in 1997) when she was diagnosed with an infiltrating ductal carcinoma with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the right breast. The patient was treated with partial mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection.
