Burkman begins with a long warmup sequence that includes a challenging series of abdominal strengtheners, followed by the familiar Sun Salutation A and a modified B version, which inserts Utkatasana (Chair Pose) and Virabhadrasana I (Warrior Pose I) into the mix.
