SU has had informal fellowship advising going on for decades, but there was no central place to go or be referred to where diere was collected information about the primary national and international competitive grants and fellowships, says Luke Green, Seatde University's fellowships coordinator. In addition to providing guidance on individual fellowships, advisers also play an important role in students' personal development, and many students find the application process is worthwhile in and of itself.
