Few people realize that the biceps muscle is composed of two heads that start from different anatomical locations in the shoulder region and merge onto one common tendon that crosses the elbow joint. For overall biceps mass, we also suggest spending ample time doing shoulderwidth and wider barbell curls, as the wider grip generally allows you to curl heavier weight than you can with a narrower grip.
