					                             HOW TO USE YOUR HILTON HOTEL BREAK TOKENS
   For weekend rate details, availability and to make a booking you MUST call central reservations on 0870 850
    4197 at least 14 days before your intended stay date, quoting ‘PR20TC’ and stating that you want the “Best
    Available Bed and Breakfast” rate and that you are paying with rewards tokens.

   Reward tokens are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Reward tokens cannot be used in conjunction with
    any other offer, internet offer, scheme or promotion.
   Rewards tokens may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the tokens)
    however there can be more than one named token per booking as long as those named are traveling
    too. Tokens cannot be given as gifts.
   Rewards tokens cannot be used against, Hilton Park and Fly, LivingWell membership, Hilton Theatre
    Breaks, any Conrad Hotel & Resorts, any Doubletree by Hilton hotel, The Waldorf Astoria Collection, any Hilton
    European hotel, any Hilton Worldwide Resort hotel, The Hilton Cardiff, The Hilton Bath hotel, The Hilton
    Reading, The Hilton Liverpool, The Dunblane Hydro hotel, The Hilton Garden Inn Luton North, Hilton gift
    vouchers. Hilton Hotels reserve the right to remove any hotel from this scheme.

   Reward tokens are only valid against a 2 night weekend stay valid Friday to Sunday inclusive, based
    on the Hilton best available Bed and Breakfast rate. Based on 2 people sharing a twin or double
    room, all other rates are excluded. Limited midweek availability available on request. All bookings
    are subject to availability and rates quoted are “from” and as such may fluctuate depending on
    availability at any given time. Bookings are subject to the Hilton Hotels’ standard terms and conditions.
    Reward tokens cannot be used to pay for any extras at the hotel such as food & beverage, telephone calls,
    room service etc. Any additional extras will be payable at the hotel by cash, credit or debit card on departure.
    Certain dates may be excluded at your chosen hotel – including certain dates over Christmas and New Year.
    Please note that stays at the Hilton Coylumbridge are based on dinner, bed and breakfast rates.

   Family Policy: Children aged 18 years and younger can stay for free when sharing a room with an adult. At
    some hotels certain rooms may carry a supplement for families, please check at time of booking. A second
    room for children aged 18 or younger is charged at 50% of the rate of the first room. All children aged 10 years
    and younger can eat and drink for free in at least one hotel operated restaurant as designated by the hotel
    when accompanied by paying adults resident in the hotel. Family Policy does not apply at Hilton Coylumbridge,
    Hilton Dunkeld House charge the full rate for the second room. Full terms & conditions apply.

   Please note that your booking will need to be secured by a credit/debit card at time of booking; no charge will
    be made to your card if you are paying the total amount in reward tokens however any remaining payment will
    be taken on check-out. This is for security or in the event that you do not show up for your reservation, your
    credit/debit card will be charged for non arrival, and reward tokens will not be refunded.

   The operator will book your stay and provide you with a booking reference.          Please write your booking
    reference on your Reward tokens and send them to:

                              Glasgow, G2 7PH

   Please ensure that your Reward tokens are received within 7 working days of making your booking. As your
    Reward tokens cannot be replaced we recommend that you send them to Hilton Hotels by Special Delivery.
    You cannot add reward tokens to your booking at a later date, so please enclose all your tokens for your
    booking - you may use more than one reward token per booking. No change will be given if the value of reward
    tokens is greater than the cost of the stay. Reward tokens can only be used against new bookings. Once the
    reward tokens have been received, you will receive written confirmation of your break 7 days prior
    to arrival along with a Hilton/Tesco Voucher that must be handed to the hotel reception upon
    arrival. Upon receiving your written confirmation, the break is non-transferable and non-refundable.

   Should you wish to cancel, this can only be done prior to receiving your Hilton/ Tesco Voucher(s) and written
    confirmation. Please note your reservation will not be automatically cancelled if you do not send your vouchers
    to us.
   Late checkout policy for weekends: Late checkout till 6pm is applicable for Hilton Mini Break checkouts on a
    Saturday or Sunday only. Please note that the local market defines the weekend and therefore in certain
    countries this may be a Friday and a Saturday. Late checkout at Hilton London Metropole and Hilton
    Coylumbridge subject to availability.

   We hope you enjoy the reward you have chosen. However, if you would prefer to use your reward tokens
    for an alternative hotel group in the rewards scheme, please ensure you have checked out the
    relevant fulfillment for that hotel group as booking instructions do vary. These tokens can also be used
    as full or part payment for any reward which does not have the ‘Buy in Full’ logo next to it in the brochure.
