It is apparent that the sadist who currently represents the US Military is not an example of the former. 2. There is no evidence that the Military Leadership is aware of approves of such, despicable conduct not worthy of any human being, particularly of the US Soldier, representing a Democracy, which USA is. 3. However the acts of this soldier have nothing to do with Democratic Principles and anything that the United States and its People stand for, who are appalled by this disgusting conduct. 4. It is evident that the link, circulating around the globe attracts unnecessary negative attention to the US Forces, while that soldier is not its best or average representative. Cause of Action: In the interests of the US Military and Reputation it represents, it would serve justice to identify, locate, and bring before Justice the sadist who severely injured or killed a helpless puppy [a highly evolved intelligent creature by all standards] Plain Fact(s:) Barking of the mother of a puppy was heard in the background, meaning that two, innocent creatures suffered greatly by acts of the sadist wearing US Military Uniform and, supposedly, representing the country. Damage to the Image of the US Military: (Marines) The damage to the image of the US Military may not seem as great, considering the fact that not a human being but a puppy was catapulted in the air, landing on sharp rocks but is a considerable damage on the long run. Analysis by Threat to the Marine: None existent. All intelligent life is sacred! The puppy tortured, clearly, possessed no threat to the soldier. While, supposedly, serving the Country, this thug and criminal of clearly sadist’s inclinations, derived delight and enjoyment in torturing innocent beings. As a typical sadist and misfit, he engaged in self-pleasuring act of causing pain, torture, and possibly death to an innocent and harmless puppy. Core of Sadism: (in brief) Sadism in its nutshell is deriving pleasure in causing pain, torture, or humiliation to another being. All prongs are satisfied by the sadist in discussion. Sadism is a deeply troubling phenomenon because it is the cause and root many heinous crimes. The killing of children in front of their parents requires knowledge of what would be most painful for a human to witness. The torturous throw and allowing the puppy’s mother to see her puppy suffering and choking in blood, most likely, to death is something that pleasured that sick mind greatly. (the soldier) The barking in the background was indisputable. Such small puppy had to have a mother, as it looked, reasonably, nourished. The soldier-sadist had to be aware of that. Sadism occurs when perpetrators are stressed, desensitized, and view their victims as not worthy of life or pain-free living. Criminologists have long recognized that premeditated, sadistic treatment of animals is a strong predictor of criminal and homicidal violence. Sociopaths Jeffrey Dahmer and Richard Speck were both big on animal cruelty. Crime of Sadism without any Justification: In legal terns, the sadist acted under the Color of Military Service, committing a crime vs. intelligent life. There are no justifiable circumstances or excuses, as the video is prima facie of the crime. The sadist needs to be brought before justice. He has no business representing the US before the world, wearing its uniform and shaming its People. The People are not advocating Court Marshall Action but Proceedings under unconscionable and inhumane practices of the US soldier while on duty being involved in act of sadism without justification and threat to his life, undermining moral of his colleagues by sick example of premeditated act, recklessly endangering Reputation of the US Military and the US People at large. The Proceedings and administering justice would, only, serve the long-term interests of the US Military, as would show that the Commandment does not endorse and/or stand for sadism vs. any life, including animal life. Dogs Have Honorably Served the Military and Security Forces. Dogs have long been recognized as valuable and, sometimes, indispensable aid to the Military and Security Forces. They have served in combat, surveillance, and spy operations. as messengers, delivering medicaments and crucial light equipment, sacrificial "live" explosives, narcotics and contraband identifiers, etc. The great service dogs have provided, thus, is indisputable. The sadist has injured or destroyed a life which has contributed to the Service of mankind above and beyond excellence in unparalleled dedication and sacrifice. The soldier must be held fully accountable for his acts of torture and sadism of intelligent life form, particularly that of a canine. Why the Case Must be and would be Addressed: Importance of this case is self-evident, as lack of action would greatly, greatly strengthen and inflame the Anti-American sentiments and public opinion that the US Military promoted and endorses such sadist acts by looking away. Administering fair and impartial justice would help the US Military strengthen moral and ethics of its subordinates, as the message must be loud and clear, “We do not endorse or support deviant behavior in any scope, shape or form!” The Proceedings would help lower the hostilities invoked vs. the Americans at large. If one would be able to translate the comments and articles provoked by the video, he/she would realize that deep hate vs. the Americans is provoked by such gruesome images to the extent that the act cannot be left unanswered. Conclusion: It is a matter of time, before, the video gets in the Media on grand scale. The US Military can, timely, separate itself from the deviant soldier and show the world that it does not Support or cover up the acts of sadists. It is unquestionable that most viewers arrive to conclusion that a sadist, who derived pleasure and fun from torturing a helpless little puppy, would have no trouble torturing a helpless little child or raping a woman. That is the message stuck in the minds of most viewers who may believe that that was the face of the US Military. It would serve substantive justice and basic rules of fairness to send the message to all, by bringing the sadist to justice that the US Military is not a part of the violations of International laws and ethics and, basic, basic rules of conduct of civilized human beings, as we are not a Nation of savages and sadists.
