SHAREMAX INKOMSTE PLAN EN SHAREMAX WAARBORG PLAN

Dit vorder mooi met Liberty Mall in Welkom, Vrystaat. Tot en met gistermiddag was daar nog
ruimte vir R95,5 miljoen van die oorspronklike R200,6 miljoen.

SHAREMAX GROEI PLAN

Sharemax Waterfall Estate se prospektus nr. 3 is nog nie by die Registrateur van
Maatskappye geregistreer nie, omdat die staatsdiensamptenare nog steeds staak. Ons weet
glad nie wanneer dit nou wel sal kan registreer nie. Registrasie sal op die gouste drie dae
nadat die staking geëindig het, kan plaasvind. Ons sal u op die hoogte hou van gebeure.

SPESIALE MEMORANDUM

Ek het op 11 Junie 2007 ‘n spesiale memorandum aan die bemarkingsnetwerk gestuur met
inligting oor die prosesse van die oordrag van die geboue aan S A Retail en die herbelegging
van geld wat daaruit beskikbaar kom. Ek vestig u aandag net weer op die inhoud daarvan.

UITNODIGING AAN DIE BEMARKINGSNETWERK

In verlede week se nuusbrief is die bemarkingsnetwerk uitgenooi om aan die onderstaande
geleentheid deel te neem. Daar is reeds ‘n aantal FA’s en kliënte wat belangstel in erwe in
Mont Rouge met die R50 000 afslag. Ons herhaal vir u gerief al die feite weer ‘n keer.

Mont Rouge Residential Estate by die Hartbeespoortdam in Noord-Wes is ‘n projek van die
Sharemax Groei Plan. Dit vorder mooi met Mont Rouge en proklamasie sal moontlik aan die
einde van Augustus 2007 kan plaasvind, waarna die erwe aan die kopers oorgedra sal kan
word. Indien daar nie onvoorsiene gebeure plaasvind nie, voorsien ons dat die beleggers in
Mont Rouge se kapitaal en opbrengs vanaf April 2008 vir herbelegging beskikbaar kan wees.

Daarom word die bemarkingsnetwerk die geleentheid gebied om van die erwe te koop
voordat daar met die bemarking daarvan begin word. Dit beteken dat FA’s en hulle kliënte
eerste geleentheid kry om van hierdie gesogte ontwikkeling se erwe op te raap.

Die reëlings is soos volg:

Op Vrydag 22 Junie 2007 om 12:00 sal daar op die terrein van Mont Rouge geleentheid wees
om 20 van die erwe te koop teen ‘n diskonto van R50 000. Die prys waarteen die erwe
daarna bemark sal word, is in die omgewing van R800 000.

U word vriendelik, maar dringend versoek om ‘n afspraak te reël vir u en u kliënte se
teenwoordigheid op Vrydag 22 Junie 2007 op die terrein van Mont Rouge. U moet voor of op
Vrydag 15 Junie 2007 u bespreking doen by Yolanda van der Vyver. Haar e-pos adres is

KOMPETISIE VIR FA’S NR. 1

Die wenners van die bootreis van 7 tot 14 Julie 2007 en die ander se besoek aan Inhaca
Eiland in Mosambiek vanaf 20 tot 23 Julie 2007, is nou bekend en daar is direk reëlings met
hulle getref.

KOMPETISIE VIR FA’S NR. 2

Kompetisie vir FA’s nr. 2 is in verlede week se nuusbrief aangekondig en dit strek oor die
periode 1 Junie 2007 tot 31 Augustus 2007. Al die ander besonderhede en reëls is daarin
vervat en ek vra dat u net weer daarna verwys.

Daar is egter een verandering: Die bootrit as prys is nie meer vas vir 22 tot 29 September
2007 nie, maar sal in oorleg met die wenners geskeduleer word.
BLITSKOMPETISIE NR. 2

U is reeds daarvan bewus dat biltskompetisie nr. 2 op ‘n maand tot maand grondslag vir Mei,
Junie en Julie 2007 plaasvind. Die FA wat in elke maand die grootste produksie lewer, wen
vir hom/haar en ‘n metgesel ‘n besoek aan Mauritius vir vyf dae. Die konsultant met die
grootste oorskryding van sy/haar doelwit van daardie maand, wen ook ‘n besoek vir hom/haar
en ‘n metgesel vir vyf dae na Mauritius.

Die pryse moet voor 31 Oktober 2007 opgeneem word, anders verval dit.

GELD-RAPPORT

Eerskomende Sondag, 17 Junie 2007, verskyn Geld-Rapport weer as ‘n bylaag in Rapport.
Sharemax Investments neem weer daaraan deel en die onderwerp wat gehanteer word is die
invloed van hoër rentekoerse op die waardes van kommersiële eiendomme. Lees dit gerus.


   Die Raad op Finansiële Dienste en die Bank SETA het op 10 April 2007 herbevestig
   dat die finale datum vir die besit van 60 krediete om aan NQF 6 te voldoen, steeds
  27 September 2007 is. Dit is voorheen in Staatskoerant 29132 van 16 Augustus 2006
                                        afgekondig.

SHAREMAX INCOME PLAN AND SHAREMAX GUARANTEE PLAN

Liberty Mall in Welkom, Free Sate, is progressing well. Up to and including yesterday
afternoon there was still room for R95,5 million of the original R200,6 million.

SHAREMAX GROWTH PLAN

The Registrar of Companies has still not registered prospectus no. 3 for Sharemax Waterfall
Estate because the civil servants are still on strike. We do not know when it will be registered.
Registration will take place three days after the strike has ended at the quickest. We will keep
you informed of any developments.

SPECIAL MEMORANDUM

On 11 June 2007 I sent a special memorandum to the marketing network with information on
the process concerning the transfer of buildings to S A Retail and the reinvestment of money
that becomes available from there. I want to again draw your attention to the contents thereof.

INVITATION TO THE MARKETING NETWORK

In last weeks newsletter the marketing network was invited to participate in the opportunity
mentioned below. There are already a number of FA’s and clients that are interested in
stands at Mont Rogue at a R50 000 discount. For your convenience we repeat the facts
again.

Mont Rogue Residential Estate at the Hartebeespoort Dam in North West is a project of the
Sharemax Growth Plan. It is progressing well with Mont Rogue and proclamation can possibly
take place at the end of August 2007 where after the stands can be transferred to the
purchasers.
If there are no unforeseen occurrences, we expect that investor’s capital and returns will be
available for reinvestment from April 2008.

The marketing network is therefore given the opportunity to purchase the stands before the
marketing thereof begins. This means that the FA’s and their clients have the first opportunity
to purchase stands in this sought after development.

The rules are as follows:

Onsite, at Mont Rogue, on Friday 22 June 2007 at 12:00 there will be an opportunity to
purchase 20 stands at a R50 000 discount. Thereafter, the price at which the stands will be
marketed is in the region of R800 000.

You are warmly, but urgently, invited to arrange an appointment for your and your client’s
attendance onsite at Mont Rogue on Friday 22 June 2007. You must make your booking with
Yolanda van der Vyver on or before Friday 15 June 2007. Her e-mail address is

COMPETITION NO. 1 FOR FA’S

The winners, of the cruise from 7 to 14 July 2007 and the others’ visit to Inhaca Island in
Mozambique from 20 to 23 July 2007, have been informed and there are direct arrangements
being made with them.

COMPETITION NO. 2 FOR FA’S

Competition no. 2 for FA’s was announced in last week’s newsletter and it stretches from 1
June 2007 to 31 August 2007. All the particulars and the rules were announced in last week’s
newsletter and I refer you to it once again.
There is, however, one change: The prize that is a cruise, is not fixed for 22 to 29
September 2007 anymore, but will be scheduled in consultation with the winners.

QUICK COMPETITION NO. 2

You are already aware that quick competition no. 2 takes place on a month to month basis for
May, June and July 2007. The FA that delivers the highest production for the month wins a
five day trip to Mauritius for himself/herself and a partner. The consultant with the highest
production above his/her target for that month also wins a five day trip to Mauritius for
himself/herself and a partner.

The prize must be utilized before 31 October 2007, or it will expire.

GELD-RAPPORT

Geld-Rapport appears again as a supplement in Rapport this coming Sunday, 17 June 2007.
Sharemax Investments is taking part again and the subject is the influence of higher interest
rates on the value of commercial property. Please read it.


  The Financial Services Board and the Bank SETA have reconfirmed that the final date to
    aquire 60 credits to comply with NQF 6, is still 27 September 2007. It was previously
                announced in Government Gazette 29132 of 16 August 2006.
