Judgment obtained by the Plaintiff in the above action and directed to the Bailiff of the District
Court, Southport, that all of the defendant, KATHLEEN JONES's right, title and interest in the
following property being :
LOT 54 on SURVEY PLAN 156250 BUILDING MANAGEMENT STATEMENT NO.
707975414, COUNTY OF WARD, PARISH OF GILSTON, TITLE REFERENCE 50514149,
and known as UNIT 608, WINGS RESORT, CORNER FERN STREET AND GOLD COAST
HIGHWAY,SURFERS PARADISE, will be sold by BAILIFF AUCTION by the Bailiff on
TUESDAY, the 9th day MAY 2006 at 10.30 A.M. IN THE PUBLIC AREA ON THE FOURTH
FLOOR, SOUTHPORT COURT HOUSE, HINZE STREET, SOUTHPORT, unless this warrant is
previously satisfied in full.
SPECIAL NOTE: All intending bidders should satisfy themselves as to the existence of any
encumbrances or charges over the property to be sold.
CONDITIONS OF SALE INCLUDE a 10 per centum non refundable deposit at the fall of hammer,
with the balance to be paid within 30 hours.
