Purpose Use this procedure to check the status of a pending certificate. Trigger Perform this procedure when you processed a certificate renewal notice and have not received the new certificate in a timely manner. It should generally take less than two weeks. Prerequisites     You will need to know the license number, which is listed in the upper left hand corner of the renewal notice. You must have access to the internet. You will need to know the website address.

Menu Path Use the following path(s) to begin this transaction:         Select the internet to go to the web address

Once the page comes up scroll down and look for the heading “Elevator License Renewal Requirements Posted” Under the wording look for “elevator renewal information.” Now click on “elevator renewal information.” . Now when the page comes up look for “RENEWAL LIST” Now click on it an adobe file will appear in numerrical order showing all license number . If you look on the right hand side of the file it will give you detail on the status of the licnse..
