    • Includes an AB or SB title
    • Explains lifecycle of a bill
    • Shows where "Bill" currently is in lifecycle
    • Is historically accurate
    • Includes a content-related illustration/picture/graphic on each page/slide
    • Includes a bibliography of sources used to tell story of "Bill"
    • Has been proofread for content, grammar, and spelling
