This course is designed specifically to prepare 5th grade students for the transition to 6th
grade. Emphasis will be on organizing, note taking, research, class changes, campus
familiarization, and basic middle school survival. Students should attend Getting
Organized at the campus they will attend in the fall.
                               Monday, June 21 – Friday, June 25, 2010
                               8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Cost $49.00 Must register by May 5, 2010. Late registrants will not be accepted!!

       Enrollment will be determined on a first-come first-served basis.
       SPACE IS LIMITED.
       Daily attendance is mandatory. As space is limited, please do not sign up your
       student if you have vacation plans during the session.

•   All students requiring medications (including over the counter) must supply the
    office with the medication along with a completed authorization form from the
    physician. This form can be obtained at your child’s Middle School Office.
