NOTE: After approval of the Certificate Director, students cannot substitute courses without the approval the Certificate Director or the Certificate will not be awarded. Awarding of Certificates do NOT have to coincide with graduation if you are a degree seeking student at USF. Certificates are awarded on the basis of the courses listed and approved. ONLY courses that receive an “A” “B” or “S” grade can count toward the Wireless Engineering certificate.
