MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE OF VISTA VU WATER USERS ASSOCIATION
Not Transferable Except in Accordance with the Provisions of the By-laws. This membership certificate #____ is issued to _______________________________________ as a member of and is accepted by the member in accordance with and subject to the con ditions and restrictions stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws and amendments to the same of the Vista Vu Water Users Association. The member by acquiring this membership does hereby contract with and for the services of the Vista Vu Water Users Association thereby entitling said member to the benefits as provided in the By-laws and governing resolutions and actions of the Board of Trustees. In addition, the member does contract and assume the legal and financial responsibility as provided for in the By-laws and regulations of the association as regulated by the Board or Trustees. FURTHER, the undersigned member does hereby agree that any and all levies and assessments of any sort and type made in accordance with the By-laws and as adopted and assessed from, time to time by the Board of Trustees shall constitute a lien against the real estate described in Exhibit "A" attached. hereto and herein incorporated as if fully set forth. AND, FURTHER, the member does hereby agree that termination of the mem-
ber's membership in the association pursuant to Article XI, Section 9(b), shall entitle the association to levy execution against the real estate described herein the same as though said . amount were a judgment of the Superior Court of the State of Washington, thereby entitling the association to all the legal remedies available to it for the levy and execution of such a judgment including the right to conduct a sheriff sale of the property described herein in order to satisfy any and all delinquencies. The member does hereby agree and contract that the association shall have the sole right as the exclusive agent for the member to exercise any and all rights and interests of whatsoever nature in and to the water rights and service lines and easements, including wells, well sites and river pump locations for the purpose of making water available to the member as pro vided in the association's By-laws. IT IS FURTHER AGREED by the member that the association shall have the right to levy costs and assessments for which the member shall be liable and which assessment shall become a lien upon the property as aforedescribed all in accordance with the By-laws of the association. Transfers of membership certificates shall be made only upon the books of the corporation, only to persons eligible to become members as determined on the basis of Article V, Section, 1, of the By-laws, and only when the member transferring is free from indebtedness to the corporation. No transfer of membership
certificates shall be made or shall be valid in those situations

where a member is subdividing his land without prior approval of the association and re-issuance of the member's membership certificate so as to properly reflect the real property holdings of the member at any given point in time. No member of this corporation shall be entitled to more than one vote at meetings of the members, or to hold more than one of the membership certificates of the corporation. Every member upon becoming a member of this corporation agrees to sign such agreement for the purchase of water from the corporation as may from time to time be provided and required by the corpora tion. Nothing pursuant to this membership certificate guarantees any specific amount of water and the holder hereof will only be entitled to that amount of water as provided in the By-laws and amendments to the same and as limited by the water available to the vista Vu Water Users Association. The undersigned member is, among other things, agreeing that the association shall have the right to exercise all rights, benefits and responsibilities in connection with Section 9 of those certain restrictive covenants and agreements dated the 5th day of October, 1978, between Riverview Feeders, Inc., and the member and/or their heirs and/or assigns and that the association shall be entitled to obligate the member to all responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities attaching thereto and arising therefrom.
