 9   Statement of purpose: This bill proposes to create a tuition credit of up to

10   $500.00 per semester for students enrolled in accredited postsecondary

11   agricultural programs at both state and private schools in Vermont. Students

12   would be eligible to receive the tuition credit a maximum of 12 times

13   ($6,000.00).
