NEW ZEALAND POWERLIFTING FEDERATION INTERNATIONAL CALENDAR OF EVENTS FOR 2008 – 2010
Notes: 1. 2. 3. To compete internationally all competitors must have completed the International Application and Code Of Conduct Forms. Qualification does not automatically mean selection. Lifters will be notified in writing of their selection. Lifters wishing to compete in International or World Championships must meet the Qualifying Criteria set by the NZPF National Executive Council (copy attached), or be granted a NZPF Qualifying Criteria waiver by the NZPF NEC (rules attached). Officials must also complete the forms in (1) and state qualification to assist the NEC in determining suitability. The NZPF must submit a preliminary nomination (60days out) and final nomination (21 days out). Forms received outside the final cannot be considered. Please have these in earliest as possible to help with any hotel accommodation booking and I.D photos may be needed as well. A NZ flag and anthem per team should be organized. NZPF pays for entry fees and a tshirt(currently 65 euro) and funding for lifters may be available depending on financial status of the Federation at the time. Contributions for tracksuits also are considered.
