Landmark case on unconscionable clauses in Panama real estate consumer law. May 31, 2007 decision by 8th Circuit Court - Civil in Duque v. Neto S.A. case. The court held that an adhesion contract for real estate does not allow a real estate developer to unilaterally raise a purchase price and other priviledges deemed as abusive and unconscionable.
