To ensure that all money that is deposited in or paid from the Lacrosse Scotland bank account is allocated correctly, it is essential that all members of Lacrosse Scotland use the approved budget codes. Title Development Officer Development Coaches Development Events Governance Description All wages being paid to the Development Officer All coaching staff that have been employed to help in the development of lacrosse Any costs incurred while running development sessions, and any income received from said sessions All expenditure that is needed to ensure a smooth running of Lacrosse Scotland (Board Meetings, AGM, Trips on Official Duty, Stationary expenses etc) All income and expenditure relating to Women’s Home Scots squads (not including tours) Income from Lacrosse Scotland Membership All income and expenditure relating to Men’s Senior squads (not including tours) All income and expenditure relating to Men’s U19 squads (not including tours) Any income received from Men’s rules and umpiring courses, and any costs in running said courses. Any income received from Women’s rules and umpiring courses, and any costs in running said courses. All income and expenditure relating to Women’s Senior squads (not including tours) All money raised by the Women’s Senior Squad through fundraising. All income and expenditure relating to Women’s U19 squads (not including tours) All income and expenditure relating to Women’s U21 squads (not including tours)

Tours - Each tour will be allocated an Individual Code to ensure the moneys remain separate from general season expenses. (A completed Tour budget form must be filled in and returned to the treasurer before any funds will be released) New budget codes can be added when and if they are needed.
