                                 Transportation and Lodging
There are two lodges in Marble Canyon, Arizona: Cliff Dwellers Lodge (recommended) and Marble Canyon
Lodge (across from the airstrip). Please be specific about which lodge you are staying when making flight
arrangements, and filling out forms.

Las Vegas, NV Transportation Options
   If you fly or drive into Las Vegas, Nevada (LAS) the day prior to your trip, you have four options:

   1. $$$     You can schedule a flight into Marble Canyon Airstrip. Bar 10 Ranch Reservations arranges
      these flights for you via Vision Airlines. Please check with Bar 10 for availability and pricing. The flight
      into Marble Canyon is roughly 1 hour in duration. If you are staying at Cliff Dwellers Lodge, a Hatch
      River Expeditions employee will pick you up at the Marble Canyon Airstrip and transport you to Cliff
      Dwellers Lodge. Reservation lists are updated until passenger minimums are met for flights from Las
      Vegas and most flights do fill.

   2. $$       You can schedule an executive shuttle from LAS or local Las Vegas hotels to the Marble
      Canyon area through Aztec Executive Shuttle. Total number of passengers applies toward individual
      pricing.

   3. $$       You may rent a car in Las Vegas and drive yourself to Cliff Dwellers, leaving your car with us for
      the trip. Please note that there is no rental car return in the Marble Canyon or Page area. This option
      is good if you are spending more time in our area prior to or after your trip concludes.

   4. $$$    In some instances, there may be flights available the morning of your trip. Please check with
      Bar 10 for availability (see above information on Bar 10). If you fly in the morning of your trip, we will
      pick you up in front of Marble Canyon Lodge at 9:00 AM.

Page, AZ Transportation Option

   5. $$$     If you fly into Page, Arizona (PGA) the day prior to your trip you can schedule a shuttle service
      to bring you to Cliff Dwellers Lodge, or Marble Canyon Lodge. The shuttle from Page, AZ to Marble
      Canyon, AZ is roughly 1 hour. Currently, there are no rental car options available in Page.

Marble Canyon, AZ Transportation Option

   6. $      If you drive your personal vehicle to Cliff Dwellers Lodge or Marble Canyon Lodge, you may
      park your car at either lodge, or the Hatch River Expeditions warehouse located next door to Cliff
      Dwellers Lodge for the duration of your trip. Please indicate which lodge you are staying at on your
      “Trip Member Travel and Personal Information Sheet”.
LODGING Options

      We recommend you stay the night prior to your trip at Cliff Dwellers Lodge. We will pick you up in
      front of Cliff Dwellers Lodge at 8:30 AM, the morning of your trip. If you would rather make reservations
      at Marble Canyon Lodge the night prior to your trip, we will pick you up in front of Marble Canyon
      Trading Post at 9:00 AM the morning of your trip.

                                   Return Transportation and Lodging

Las Vegas, NV Return Transportation Option

      $$$      If you want to return to Las Vegas After your trip you can catch a Park Shuttle at the South Rim
      to The Grand Canyon Airport for a flight back to Las Vegas. Bar 10 Ranch Reservations arranges
      these flights via Vision Airlines.

Marble Canyon, AZ Return Transportation options

   1. $      If you want to return to Marble Canyon after your hike out of the canyon to pick up your car you
      can reserve a shuttle from the South Rim to the Marble Canyon area via Transcanyon Shuttle.

   2. $       If you would like to leave your car at the South Rim prior to your launch, you can reserve a
      shuttle from the South Rim via Transcanyon Shuttle (see above information) back to Marble Canyon
      and have your car waiting for you at the end of your hike out of the canyon. This option is good if you
      need to travel the day you exit the canyon.


Lodging Options at trips end

      After your hike out of the canyon you may decide to stay at one of the area motels on the South Rim.
      Reservations for these motels can be made at Xanterra Parks and Resorts for the Bright Angel Lodge
      & Cabins, El Tovar Hotel, Thunderbird Lodge, Maswick Lodge or Yavapai Lodge. All motels are within
      walking distance to the Bright Angel Trailhead.

Grand Canyon National Park has a free shuttle program (Tusayan Route shuttle bus) that provides service
from Grand Canyon Airport thru Tusayan to the Canyon View Information Plaza located at the South Rim. The
service operates between mid-May and mid-September and takes 20 minutes each way. Please make sure
that this service is operating during your trip by visiting the Grand Canyon website.
