DUSA would like to welcome you to 2010 at Deakin,
whether you are a returning student or a newbie.
Your first year at Uni is going to be a memorable
one, so make the most of it. DUSA is your student
run organisation that is responsible for helping you
get the most out of your university experience. DUSA
offers a campus that is rich in culture, community,
trips and tours, sport and social events. Clubs
and societies provide an important opportunity
to find like-minded people and enhance campus
community. DUSA also provides representation,
which ensures that your rights are protected and
advocated for.


DUSA gives students the opportunity to gain a variety
of different and invaluable skills and, from event
planning to financial management and campaign
administration. DUSA helps you get more involved,
meet new people and have a damn good time!


We also offer an advocacy service which gives you
support and advice when you need it – because
we’ve always got your back.


I hope you have a fantastic year at Deakin and I
