U.S. Postage PAID Seattle, WA Permit 62 Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Review Course Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Review Course—Vancouver, BC August 26-30, 2002 This one-week intensive review course provides a comprehensive, high-level review of a wide range of industrial hygiene topics for practicing industrial hygienists who require a refresher, or those preparing for the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) or Canadian Registration Board for Occupational Hygienists (CRBOH) certification exams. Optional evening workshops will be available. Faculty will assist students by working through problem sets/questions brought forth by students. This course is not designed for entry-level professionals. Attendees must have a basic knowledge of mathematics, statistics and chemistry. Registration Information US$850 (CDN$1295) by July 25, 2002 US$950 (CDN$1450) after July 25, 2002 Tuition includes a comprehensive course manual, supporting reference text, sample exam questions, and beverage breaks. Lunch is on your own to allow networking among course attendees. Enrollment is limited. Advanced registration is required and accepted in the order received. To save a place in the course, send a copy of your registration form to us as well as to your accounting office. To be eligible for the early registration fee, the registration form must be postmarked or faxed by July 25, 2002. Cancellation must be in writing. Refunds, less a cancellation fee of US$150 ($200 CDN), will be issued up to ten business days prior to the start of the course; all cancellations received thereafter are nonrefundable. The UBC/UW reserve the right to cancel courses as necessary. If the course is cancelled for any reason, UBC/UW assume liability limited to a refund of the course fee only.
