initiates a cancellation, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be assessed. The last day for a full refund

RegIsTRaTIon Is easy!
HOW TO REGISTER: Fill out a registration form, listing each course. One form
per person. Please feel free to duplicate the form. If you are paying by check, make
your check payable to “Ventura College Community Education.”
PARKING: Parking on campus is by permit only. You may purchase a day pass
for $1.00 at either the Information Kiosk in front of the Administration Building or in
the East Campus parking lot. Cars without permits or passes will be ticketed. No
parking permits needed for Friday night or weekend classes. Parking at 71 Day
Road (ICPD) is free. Please do not park next door in the CAPS parking lot. Parking
in “Handicap” spaces must be with a valid handicap placard.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A registration confirmation will be mailed to you. If you register online, you will
receive an e-mail confirmation. If you have not received your confirmation before the
beginning of your class, please call Ventura College Community Education, (805)
654-6459.
CANCELED CLASS
Preregistered students will be notified in advance if a class is canceled by Ventura
College Community Education. You may choose a full refund or have your fees
transferred to another class. Check and cash refunds will be mailed to you. Please
allow four to six weeks for check/cash refunds. Please allow two weeks for charge
card refunds.
DROPPING A CLASS REFuNDS
If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, you must notify Ventura
College Community Education at least two working days before the class begins,
otherwise a refund will not be issued. Once proper notice has been received, your
registration fee minus a $10.00 service charge will be refunded. No refund after class
begins.
