           BUSINESS VENDORS AND CRAFTERS

Penn Elementary PTO invites you to our 2nd Annual Holiday
Bazaar to be held on Saturday November 14, 2009 from
9:00am to 1:00pm. The bazaar will be held at Penn Elementary
School, in the multipurpose room. It will be held in conjunction
with a PANCAKE BREAKFAST from 9:00am-12:00pm. The
proceeds from this fundraiser will help PTO continue to fund many
of the programs for your children at Penn.

Spaces are available on a first-come, first serve basis and will
cost $50.00, paid in advance to Penn Elementary PTO. The fee
includes a ticket for the pancake breakfast for you.

To reserve a table you must e-mail Joanne Morgan at
morganjm@pwcs.edu. E-mailing your reservation will ensure all
entries are date and timed stamped to fairly accept the first
vendor from each company. Once you have e-mailed your
reservation a copy of the guidelines and application will be e-
mailed to you to read and complete. The guidelines will be fairly
and uniformly enforced. If you have any questions please contact
