Since the Custom Coater Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with COATING WEST, registration for the FULL COATING WEST Conference & Exhibition will automatically allow you to receive access to the Custom Coater Meeting at no charge.
Simply ll out the Registration Form and check the box that says FREE registration for PCI members attending the FULL COATING WEST Technical Conference & Exhibition. Both events will be held at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The Custom Coater Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday, March 1st, and COATING 2009 WEST Conference and Exhibition will immediately follow on March 2nd -3rd. COATING WEST is a two-day event comprised of morning technical conferences, afternoon tradeshows and evening networking events that include entertainment for attendees and exhibitors. In fact, the Monday night networking event will feature food, fun and a concert with The Rat Pack! The conference sessions will target custom coaters, architectural, ACE (agriculture & construction equipment), military and aerospace/aviation nishing. Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has all the action you can handle from three acres of gaming to dining at one of eight of their already famous restaurants. Stay here or step out right onto the strip to take in a show or visit the other nearby hotels and casinos. A rate of $179 plus tax is available to PCI seminar participants. Reservations must be made through COATING WEST housing bureau by Thursday, January 28th. You can complete and return the attached housing form or you can register on-line when registering for COATING WEST. A deposit of $195 will be due at this time. After February 24, 2009, the $195 will be non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled. Changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the COATING WEST housing bureau. After January 28th, please contact the hotel directly to make changes or cancellations. You will receive an acknowledgement within two weeks of receipt of your housing. Las Vegas is served by the McCarren International Airport (LAS), which is approximately 15 minutes from Planet Hollywood.

Ground Transportation
Arriving at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino is simple from the airport. There are frequent shuttles traveling back and forth between McCarren International Airport and resorts along the Las Vegas Strip. The shuttle fair is approximately $4.75 per person.
