TERMS & CONDITIONS
OBERAMMERGAU SPECIAL TERMS: The actual estimated selling price will be determined by the Passion Play tickets that are bundled in a complicated way with accommodations and some meals in the Oberammergau area. There is no way to firmly estimate a price until tickets are actually confirmed. Money is required upfront to confirm the Passion Play ticket/accommodation package. Tickets will go on sale in March, 2008 and news of confirmed dates will be known in April, 2008. At the time we know the tickets are confirmed we must place a non-refundable deposit which will amount to $350 per person. If the tickets confirmed by Oberammergau are on a date that will not work for the group or if the hotel/accommodation package results in selling price that the group leader feels is too high, the $350 deposit will be refunded and the trip called off. However, once the group leader accepts the date and price and we hand the deposit money over to Oberammergau, the $350 per person deposit is absolutely not refundable. Even then, the estimated price will be subject to change depending on the confirmation of an air contract for the group 11 months prior to departure. (Group air goes on the market at 11 months prior) PAYMENT: In order to meet deposit schedules with suppliers for this tour, Corporate Travel Service asks for prompt payment on the requested dates.
