A vertical desktop CNC milling machine for rapid prototyping and production of laboratory test samples. Supplied as standard with serial interface for a personal computer or laptop, and versatile but user friendly Windows Flashcut CNC PC software. Pre-written CNC programs are available direct from Ray-Ran for any shape or size of test sample to any International test standard, eliminating the need for CAD trained operators. For the advanced user, the system has been designed to accept industry standard G & M codes ensuring full compatibility with leading professional computer aided design software. The CNC test sample profile cutter has been designed to complement the Ray-Ran test sample injection moulding apparatus and the Ray-Ran range of test sample cutting products, so that even the very thickest of materials can now be accommodated.

Computer Interface With Cabling And Windows Flashcut CNC PC Software
The CNC test sample profile cutter is supplied as standard complete with computer interface, cabling and Windows Flashcut CNC PC software, all included in the basic cost of the apparatus. CNC programs are available at low cost for any shape or size of test sample profile to any International test standard, and may be purchased with the apparatus or at a later date as required. Unlimited part program size capability allows files to be run as large as your computer's hard drive will allow. Imports CAD .DXF files and posted CAM files from various CAM software, whilst industry standard G & M codes assure RealWorld implementation.
