Click on Get Started.
Select Brochure without Mailing Panel.
Choose a Theme. You can click on each theme and it will show you what it looks like in the left pane window.
Click on the Next arrow.

Now you are in the create window.
Under Edit/View tab: You can edit the outside and inside text.
Edit the outside first so you can put your title and name.
Now change the photo to your own
Important Note: You must already have a photo saved in your documents folder to do this. How do I save a picture ahead of time? Locate a picture online. Research ahead of time to locate a site for your students to search. This example site has links for finding pictures of animals. http://bush.gpisd.org/special/comp_lab/Animals.htm

Do a right click on the picture you find and choose Save picture as...
Save this picture in your “My Documents” grade level folder.
Click on the My Documents folder at the left.
Open your grade level folder. Open your teacher folder. Open your personal folder.
If you do not have a personal folder then you can save this in your teacher’s folder or ask them to make you one.
Click Save

Now you will be able to replace the photo(s) with the ones that you saved.
Click on the picture and you will get this new menu.
You can edit the photo that is there or you can add your own.
Click on Replace Photo with my own.
1. Click on the Browse…. Button to look for the picture(s) you saved.
Click on the My Documents folder at the left and now you will be able to see your grade level folders. Navigate to your teacher’s name or your personal folder.

Click on your animal picture. It will be blue when it is selected as shown on the left. Click Open.
Now your file shows up in the Browse window…. Click Upload Photo
Click on Close Window.
You will now see your photo in your brochure. You can edit this picture if you like with the tools. Make sure to cite the source where you got the picture below it. Picture taken from… Click on the Done Editing button to add text now to the inside of your brochure, or you can replace another photo if you like.

Now edit the Inside by clicking on the Edit inside button.
When you are finished, click next.
Brochure printing directions
Print one side and then load the paper again as directed and print the second side.
Note: You can save the projects, but you have to enter your email address (teacher’s email address and it will send her a link with your brochure.
