After several years as a vice president at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kirby Davidson is taking over as the school's president and CEO. Harry Argue, Davidson's predecessor, retired in September. In an interview, Davidson answers various questions, including: 1. Have there been any shifts in emphasis, areas you're focusing more on or less on, since you joined the school? 2. Are people coming into the school sawier or in other ways different than people who came to the school 10 years ago? 3. What about your relationship with your trustees and the state associations? What contributions do they make to the school?
