Minutes for the Budget Hearing

							                             Minutes for the Budget Hearing
                              of the Rankin School Board
                                held September 26, 2005

I.     Call to Order by at 6:34 P.M. by President Davis.

II.    Roll Call of Members Present-Members present were Arrenholz, Davis, Gillespie,
       Lowman, and Secrest. Members Garber and Martin were absent.

III.   Presentation of Final Budget: The Superintendent presented the final budget and
       reviewed the list of changes from the Tentative Budget. Changes to income line
       items resulting from grant allocations and re-computation of formulas totaled $7,154.
       Changes to expenditure line items resulting from grant adjustments and re-
       computation of anticipated expenditures totaled $6,324.

       Member Martin arrived at 6:38 p.m.

IV.    Audience Participation – There were no questions from the audience or the Board.

V.     Close Budget Hearing : Board President Davis declared the Budget Hearing closed
       at 6:40 P.M.
