					                                                KWA USA RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) FORM
If your product ever needs service, it may be taken or shipped to KWA USA. The following procedures apply whenever your unit
requires shipping for warranty service;

                          1. Call us first, at 1(626)581-1777, and briefly explain the problem(s) you are encountering with your KWA product. We
                              will determine if you should send in the product for repair or if we can resolve your problem right over the phone. If a
                              return is necessary, we will issue you an RMA number for the return. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED
                              ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. PACKAGES WITHOUT RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED WILL BE REFUSED AND
                              RETURNED TO SENDER.

                          2. You are responsible for transporting your unit or arranging for its transportation. If shipment of your unit is required;
                              you must pay the initial shipping charges, but we will pay the return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by the
                              warranty.

                          3. WHEN RETURNING YOUR UNIT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL SALES SLIP MUST BE ATTACHED.

                          4. You must complete the RMA form including: the issued RMA number, your name, address, daytime telephone number,
                              model and serial number (if applicable) of the product and a description of the problem.

                          5. Customers are responsible for the shipping and repair costs if the returned product exceeds the warranty coverage. An
                              estimated repair cost will be given after the diagnosis on the returned item.

                           satisfaction. Because of this, we are offering a 45-days warranty on all KWA products we import and distribute.
                           FEDERAL REGULATIONS PROHIBITS THE REMOVAL OF ORANGE SAFTEY MARKING FROM ALL AIRSOFT GUNS. REMOVAL OF ORANGE
                           SAFETY MARKING WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY!
                           WHAT IS COVERED?
                           Except as specified below, this Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in KWA products occurring during the above
                           warranty periods. The following are not covered by the Warranty: (1) Any product which is not imported and distributed in the U.S.A. by

                           KWA USA. (2) Any products which is not purchased in the U.S.A. from an KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER.(Note: KWA AUTHORIZED
                           RESELLER can be identified by KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER sticker displayed in the stores. If you are uncertain as to whether a dealer
                           is a KWA AUTHORIZED RESELLER, please contact KWA USA as listed below). (3) Damaged deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
                           a) Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized product repair, opening of or modification or failure to follow instructions
                           supplied with the product. b) Repair of attempted repair by anyone not authorized by KWA USA. (4) Use of the product outside the U.S.A.
                           (5) Damaged batteries or improper use of bullets (BBs), or non-approved propellants. (6) Use in industrial, commercial, and/or
                           professional applications.
                           WHAT WE WILL PAY FOR
                           If during the applicable warranty period from the date of original consumer purchase your KWA product is found to be defective by KWA
                           USA, KWA USA will repair, or at its option, replace with new, used, or equivalent model, such defect product without charge for parts or
                           labor.
                           THIS WARRANTY IS VALID IN THE U.S.A. ONLY.
                           If your product does not require service, but you have questions regarding its operation, please contact our Technical Services
                           Department as listed below.
                           THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INLCUDING WITHOUT
                           LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
                           OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR OPTION, OF ANY DEFFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL IN NO
                           EVENT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COMMERCIAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
                           FOR PRODUCTS LOST, STOLEN AND/OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
                           SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE
                           EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO
                           YOU.
                           This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This Warranty may not
                           be altered other than in writing signed by an officer of KWA USA.



                                                 CHECK LIST:           Include a copy of the original purchase invoice.

                                                                       Include the completed RMA Form with brief description of problem(s).

                                                                       Make      sure    the     RMA#       is     clearly   marked     on   the     shipping    label.

                                                                       Ship the product in its original packaging or in a secured shipping container. We
                                                                       recommend insuring full replacement value of your package. KWA USA will not be
                                                                       responsible for lost or damaged packages.
