CLUES a premier provider of behavioral health and human services to the Latino community is
searching for a nearly licensed Psychotherapist to join the team.
SUMMARY: To provide direct psychotherapy to Latino clients within the Suburban Ramsey County
School system including Roseville, North St. Paul, Moundsview, White Bear Lake, Maplewood and
Oakdale.. To promote mental health services and assist staff in areas including but not limited to quality,
outcome-based design, service relevance, delivery, effectiveness, evaluation and all in congruency with
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide bilingual and culturally sensitive counseling services to families, individuals, and groups.
Assist in the delivery of contracts outcomes and relationships with contractor stakeholders.
Adhere to Outpatient Program Therapy Expectations.
Coordinate data collection and program reporting.
Consult with other Mental Health staff, interns, and volunteers. Attend and facilitate case conferences
sessions and other client staff meeting.
Provide consultations and presentations to other professionals and organizations.
Assist in the development research projects that address the needs of bilingual/ bicultural clients.
Participate in weekly departmental management meetings; team meetings; monthly “All Staff”
meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
Promote the mission, operating values and agency services of CLUES within the community.
Cultivate working relationships with service collaborators, and other appropriate stakeholders.
Participate in all internal and external activities required as stated in program contracts.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Director of Mental Health Services & Aging Well Services.
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS: This position does not have a supervisory function.
Education and/or Experience:
Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy preferred with four
Working towards Licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LP), or eligible to be licensed and credentialed with all
major insurance companies.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) and cultural competency required.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and automotive insurance.
Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in Spanish and English, both verbally and in
writing. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret program contracts, proposals, etc. Ability to write reports.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, and collaborators.
Generally presents standard office environment. Must be able to use telephone and computer on a regular
basis. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The
employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
Employee is regularly required to drive between multiple locations within metropolitan area.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position will require travel between different schools.
