Volunteer attorneys will provide brief legal consultation and advice to qualifying participants in the following areas: • Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, adoption) • Wills and Probate • Consumer Law • Landlord/Tenant Law • Bankruptcy • Immigration Law • Employment Law
Referrals to legal service providers may also be available. Only low-income Harris County residents are eligible for assistance (*the Tracy Gee Center can also serve Fort Bend County residents). Anyone served with legal documents or having prior court papers affecting their legal matter should bring these documents with them.
