monitor a 24 hour high-performance IT support staff

Evaluated and implemented Dell Message One’s Emergency Messaging System and AlertFind Cloud Computing

management of crisis with 100% communications continuity through the 2005-2008 hurricane disasters, Katrina,

Designed, operated and virtualized server infrastructure using VMWare ESX and blade technology using NETAPP
based storage area networks within a three month project window with minimal downtime. Replicated data
between primary and secondary data centers to effectively implement a 4 hour service recovery model.
Successfully recovered data systems within two hours after a hurricane related power outage. Implemented ILTA
based operational and service procedures to produce six sigma service levels.

Outsourced Masergy MPLS based phone (Voice over IP), video and data network services to Cisco Remote

Sponsored a management committee with a focused purpose of empowering the lines of business to collectively
drive the direction of standardized integration tools and project management methodology. The resulting program
management products will serve as a baseline for future integration efforts including the merger of Bank One
Corporation and First Chicago NBD.
