Day in, day out, through your e-mails, phone messages and so on, you are establishing your own personal brand. Whether you appreciate it or not, other people are always forming an opinion of you. The key ingredient of a successful business brand is a strong identity. When considering where to buy a product or service, customers usually go to a supplier that they know will meet their expectations. A company relies on staff at all levels to be the public face of its brand. So it's crucial that the organization clearly identifies the core values that it expects its employees to embody and that it sets a standard of "personal impact" it would like them to make. Make a conscious decision to be in control of your personal brand and then, in order to achieve your desired brand, perfect your "skill" in the following areas: 1. image, 2. body language, 3. etiquette, 4. voice, and 5. unique selling points.
