Huveaux plc has sold Brighton-based Epic to Andrew Brode, a private investor with corporate and organizational learning and development interests. In a statement Huveaux said that it had sold its e-learning subsidiary Epic Group plc to a private investor for L4.75 million in cash. Brode has been involved with a number of training businesses as Chairman of Financial Training and Key Training in the 1980s. Brode says Epic will add significant value to his portfolio of private investments which include a digital marketing business, an insurance industry data provider and a B2B investment publisher.
