 Developed this startup company to a responsive, market driven, “Business to Business”,
    organization resulting in $10 million in annual sales in less than 2 years.
 Set all human resource policies and procedures, benefit administration and compensation
    analysis including developing a creative sales incentive program that measured losses along
    with sales. Recruited, selected, hired all staff.
 Signed major travel companies totaling over $1 million a year in gross premiums.
