EchoStar Statement on Ruling in Case against Viacom; Request for Temporary Restraining

statement in response to the decision today by the U.S. District Court in San Francisco to grant EchoStar's request for a
temporary restraining order allowing DISH Network to continue broadcasting Viacom and CBS channels.
