    recruitment for QA Manager and Technical Manager, BRC preparation, Hygiene management etc.

   August 2009 – November 2009 – Maison Blanc Ltd, Park Royal (Waitrose, Starbucks, Brakes) (125 staff, 120
    suppliers). Interim Technical Manager. Management of refurbishment of factory, preparation and completion of BRC,
    upgrade of quality management system, HACCP, cost reduction on hygiene, cost reduction and improved service on pest
    control. Support for factory while Site Technical Manager moved on.

   January 2009 – August 2009 – Noon Products, Hounslow (M&S & Morrisons) (700 staff, 210 suppliers). Interim
    Technical Manager. Management of PPC preparation from Red-Red status. Implemented culture change, managed rapid

    refurbishment & proofing, developed hygiene teams, completed gap analysis against M&S codes of practice, strengthened

    Managed M&S PPC Audit Red-Amber to Green-Green. Implemented culture change and recruited 3 team members.

    staff, 230 suppliers). Interim Technical Manager. Management of PPC preparation – GMP, HACCP, Traceability,
    Hygiene, Training for CCP’s, Food Hygiene, Allergen Control. Achieved Green-Green PPC status from Amber-Red.

   August 2007 – November 2007 – Princes Foods Ltd, Chichester (Ready Meals, Shippams Meat & Fish Sandwich
    Spreads, Sauces) (140 staff, 90 suppliers). Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, Morrisons etc - Interim Technical Manager.
    Support for 2 staff. Projects on QA, Specifications (JS, Tesco, M&S etc), Internal Audits, BRC Preparation, CLAS audits.
    Development of allergen controls.

   May 2007 – August 2007 – Watton Produce Compay Ltd, Shropham & Inverness (Carrot Dips, Parsnips &
    Produce) (180 staff, 30 suppliers). JS, M&S Tesco, Waitrose, Boots etc - Interim Technical Manager. Support for 2
    staff covering QA Manager and Hygiene. Updated Quality System. Liaison with M&S, Waitrose Tesco Technical Teams.
    EHO, RPA & TSO visits. BRC A-Grade achieved across 2 sites. M&S, Waitrose, Boots, Tesco business achieved rapidly via
    Technical.

    audit, EHO & TSO visits. Supported senior team during redundancy / consultation process.

    Jellies etc) - (80 staff, 140 suppliers). Interim Group Technical Manager. Managed 3 Technical Managers, Hygiene
    and QA Teams. Managed Technologists and NPD. EFSIS audits - "A" grade achieved at Higher Level across 3 sites.

   August 2005 – November 2005 – Pro-Pak Foods Ltd, Malton, York (Ready Meals & Meat) – JS, Iceland etc. – (300
    staff, 90 suppliers). Interim Technical Manager. Managed and strengthened QA team. EFSIS audit – A grade.

   May 2005 – August 2005 – Greencore Sandwiches, Park Royal, London – JS, Sutherland – (900 staff, 120 suppliers).
    Interim Technical Services Manager. Managed QA team and hygiene function. Developed cost savings for supplier
    base and new / alternate ingredients. EFSIS Preparation.

   December 2004 – April 2005 – Heinz (Sandwiches) Luton – M&S & Heinz – (300 staff, 80 suppliers). Interim QA
    Operations Manager. Managed and strengthened QA team. Worked closely with Operations. Developed hygiene

    wrote Quality Systems. Rebuilt M&S relationship.

    Technologist (Fresh Meat). Launched & developed M&S Low Fat Sausage. Worked with numerous meat suppliers on
    development projects and process efficiencies.
