Dear Walmart Supplier,

It is our goal at Walmart to synchronize accurate product data with all of our trading partners via the
Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) by January 31, 2010. To this end, we are monitoring
progress by department to:
Ensure we are on track to meet our objectives
Focus our efforts in areas that need more attention

In this regard, to help us stay aligned we will be sharing our progress with you via monthly web seminars
starting November 10, 2009. During these one-hour live sessions we will provide updates on the status
of Walmart's GDSN rollout, future direction, and expectations from our supplier community.

Please register to participate in the next live update session using the link below:

Please note that the audio portion of each session will be delivered via telephone conference, and the
presentation content will be delivered live online via the Microsoft Live Meeting application. The meeting
entry link and dial-in details will be communicated to you upon registration.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you of the various resources available to support
