• This tutorial is designed to show you how to connect to your WebFX Email account from an Apple device such as an iPhone or iPod Touch. • Please ensure that your device’s software is the up to date before continuing further in this tutorial • When configuring your device you should be connected to a Wi-Fi network – for instructions on connecting your device to the WebFX wireless network, go to http://www.stfx.ca/tsg/guidesandtutorials/ConfiguringiPhoneforWireless.pdf • These instructions are not cross-compatible with other Mac email applications such as Mac Mail and Entourage – please see the instructions for setting those clients up here: Mac Mail: http://www.stfx.ca/tsg/guidesandtutorials/Configuring%20Mac%20Mail.pdf Entourage: http://www.stfx.ca/tsg/guidesandtutorials/Configuring%20Entourage.pdf

• Select “Settings”

• Select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”

• Select “Microsoft Exchange”

• Enter your credentials:

• This is what it should look like when it is filled out • Click Next

• The device will verify your credentials and then ask you to enter the mail server address • Enter webmail.stfx.ca • Click Next

• Now, select what services you would like synced to your device – these are your WebFX Email, your WebFX (Outlook) Contacts, and your WebFX (Outlook) Calendars • Click Save

• Back on the Home Screen, you can:
– Click on the Mail icon to check your Email – Click on the Contact button to look at your Outlook Contacts – Click on Calendar to review your Outlook Calendar
