Human-computer Interaction (HCI) techniques were implemented in the development phase and an advanced statistical analysis was performed to measure the effectiveness of a virtual human compared to a human. January 2007 – May 2008 Battlefield Augmented Reality Systems, Inc.: Contractor. Direct implementation team member responsible for an interface build-out for a new Augmented Reality System at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC. Formatted information and occlusion algorithms for a stronger, more coherent, transparent interpretation of the augmented scenes using OpenSceneGraph and QT Windowing. May 2007 – August 2007 Virtual Recruiter: Research Assistant. Co-designed an interactive virtual human to recruit high school students and college freshman into the field of Computer Science.
