               H-hr to H+10 min        :

               i.     Activate Campus Security (6874 1616) to request for Campus

               by (Name of assigned staff, if any).

               ii.  Activate Dept Head (Name), CEM Director (Name), RO (Names),
               OSA (Names), etc.

               iii. Send personnel to (location) to meet up with Campus Security,
               emergency responders, etc for leading to the (location of incident site).

               iv.       etc.

               H+10 min to H+01 hr           :

               i.        (Name of assigned staff, if any) to inform NOKs.

               ii.       etc.

               H+01 hr to H+04 hr :
