Introduction to Administering and Supporting BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software Version 4.1 Service Pack 5 JOHN CORDIER ACADEMY WIR24E This instructor led course allows BlackBerry® Enterprise Server administrators to better manage the features and capabilities of the BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution. The course provides an overview of the features in BlackBerry Enterprise Server software. Through hands-on exercises, learners will be introduced to BlackBerry smartphone user and BlackBerry Enterprise Server management, BlackBerry Enterprise Server installation, data transfer, and email message filter management. The BlackBerry Manager, administrative roles, user groups, IT policies, BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration and troubleshooting steps are also introduced and discussed. Troubleshooting information and exercises are included throughout the course. While the training is based on version 4.1.5, the attendees will be informed of the new features of BES 4.1.6 as this is free maintenance release and offers some interesting new capabilities Course
