   Please include one copy of the selection you have chosen to play for the competition
   We will contact you promptly to let you know we have received your registration form
   Registration is limited to first 10 application received in each category (Young Chopin: age 6 to 11,
    Apprentice: age 12 to 14, and Master: age 15 to 19)
   Apprentice and Master level students must select a piece from the attached list of approved selections
   Previous winners of the Chopin Competition are ineligible to compete in same category
   By September 4th, we will notify you of the time of your performance and other logistics
   Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $25 due with Registration Form
