                                                  Peter Dixon has been Chairman of the Corporation since October
                                                  2003. Prior to that he had been a voluntary board member of Housing
                                                  Associations since 1974, most recently Anglia Housing Group and
                                                  London & Quadrant Housing Trust. He is the Chairman of University
                                                  College London Hospitals and a Trustee and Council Member of the
                                                  NHS Confederation. He is also a lay member of the Information
                                                  Tribunal. His business career includes running a variety of industrial
                                                  companies as well as extensive experience in banking and corporate

                                                  Declan Grogan is the Managing Director and co-owner of thriving
                                                  software manufacturer, ndl-metascybe. He joined the company in
                                                  1996 as Customer Services Manager progressing through a variety of
                                                  positions including Sales Director before leaving to set-up and run an
                                                  innovative and successful Internet Security company. In 2004 he
                                                  acquired NDL from its founder, along with its major competitor,
                                                  Metascybe Systems, the following year and merging the two
                                                  businesses.       A relentless early-adopter of technology and self
                                                  confessed gadget freak, Declan is ‘always-on’, rarely being seen
                                                  without his notebook PC, PDA and mobile ‘phone - routine today,
                                                  perhaps, but ground-breaking over 10 years ago when he acquired his
                                                  first ‘Palm Pilot’.

                                                  Janet Williams is a Senior Research Manager with the Audit                Influencing Social Housing

                                                  officer with Birmingham City Council and has been employed for over
                                                  30 years in housing. She has worked for a housing association, central

                                                  district council. During this time she gained an MBA in Public Sector

                                                  Phil Jackson is an ex. RAF communications expert who has worked
                                                  for major PLCs such as Vodaphone as one of the very few ‘boffins’ on
                                                  wireless technology.

                                                  Martin Purnell is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute
                                                  of Personnel and Development, gaining his Masters at the
                                                  University of East Anglia. With 27 years HR experience at the
                                                  senior, operational and strategic management levels both
                                                  within the private and public sector, Martin’s passion and focus
                                                  is in ensuring that the services he leads make a real difference
                                                  to people’s lives. His most recent experience has seen him
                                                  leading an HR service within a large local authority; making
                                                  sure the service has added real value to the business and its
